Studio Manager – Orangetheory Fitness

We're not just looking for someone to run a studio. We're looking for someone who loves people, believes in the power of fitness to improve lives, and wants to make a difference in their community.
At Orangetheory Fitness, our studios are places where people feel connected, supported, and inspired. The Studio Manager helps create that experience by developing a strong team, building meaningful relationships, and helping more people discover the benefits of Orangetheory.
The most successful Studio Managers don't just lead a business. They create a culture. They build community. They believe in what happens inside the studio and enjoy helping others experience it for themselves.
