Land Survey Department Manager

Survey Department Lead | Land Development (Central Texas) Georgetown, TX | Full-Time | On-Site We’re partnered with a fast-growing land development and engineering group in Central Texas that is looking to hire a Survey Department Lead to oversee and build out their in-house surveying function. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role within a stable, development-backed environment — where all work is tied directly to internal land development projects rather than outside client work. In this role, you would lead day-to-day survey operations including boundary and topographic surveys, platting and easement work, construction staking, and lot layout. You’d also manage and develop a team of survey technicians while staying hands-on with active projects as needed.
