Financial Planning Associate

Vaco Arizona is hiring an Investment & Financial Planning Associate for a top company in Phoenix, AZ. This is a direct-hire, fully onsite opportunity offering up to $80,000 annually. Responsibilities: Support financial planning and investment operations by preparing client documentation, maintaining records, and processing account paperwork. Coordinate calendars, schedule client meetings, and assist with meeting preparation and follow-up. Develop and update financial plans, investment proposals, IPS documents, and needs analyses. Prepare annual review packets, client correspondence, instruction letters, and performance reports. Execute account transfers, funding requests, rollovers, trades, and portfolio rebalancing activities. Monitor client accounts, resolve trade issues, and ensure account eligibility and maintenance requirements are met. Conduct client reviews, fact-finding meetings, and risk profile assessments. Explain investment products, account performance, fees, and withdrawal options to clients. Research industry trends and market developments to support advisory recommendations. Ensure compliance with all firm policies and regulatory requirements.
