Position Overview JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a passionate and motivated Regional Training Specialist to support employee growth and development throughout assigned regions. In this role, you will develop and deliver engaging training programs that equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their positions. This position plays a key role in maintaining high-quality services by ensuring staff receive ongoing training, mentorship, and support. What You Will Do May carry an active caseload Deliver new hire orientation monthly within assigned regions Provide adjunctive and specialized training modules on a rotating basis Shadow new employees in the field to support skill development and identify additional training needs Collaborate with supervisors and program directors to identify beneficial training topics Coordinate and facilitate trainings during staff meetings Track employee training compliance to ensure annual training requirements are met Update and improve training materials and models as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related field with demonstrated experience as a trainer or mentor Minimum of 1 year experience at JusticeWorks Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle Ability to pass all required clearances Ability to pass pre‑employment and post‑offer drug screening Full Time Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and wellness program 401(k) with company match Company‑paid life insurance Company‑paid short‑term and long‑term disability Tuition reimbursement Paid holidays and paid time off Employee referral bonusClearance reimbursement and renewal JusticeWorks is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr JusticeWorks Family of Services
