As an AI Engineer, you will focus on the design, building, and maintenance of AI-powered solutions across the organization. Working closely with delivery teams, you will help execute AI-driven solutions that support a growing business. This is a hands-on role involving the development of AI-enabled workflows and the implementation of no-code/low-code solutions using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, and Salesforce Einstein.

What You'll Do:

• Technical Implementation: Build and implement AI, GenAI, and LLM-based tools for internal and external projects
• Workflow Development: Support the creation and maintenance of AI-enabled workflows and automation tasks
• Prompt Engineering: Execute data preparation and advanced prompt engineering to optimize model outputs
• Tool Evaluation: Support the research, testing, and technical evaluation of emerging AI tools and platforms
• Collaboration: Work directly with data and engineering teams to deliver AI and data-related initiatives
• Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical documentation and onboarding resources for AI tools

What You'll Bring:

• AI Tooling: Foundational knowledge of AI/GenAI platforms, including Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, and Salesforce Einstein
• Scripting: Working experience with at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python or SQL
• Automation: Basic understanding of workflow automation and low-code/no-code solution building
• Systems Awareness: Familiarity with data management concepts, CRM systems, and enterprise data platforms
• AI Best Practices: Understanding of responsible AI, data governance, and security protocols

Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience: Up to 2 years of experience with AI/GenAI tools, data platforms, or related technical projects (internships and academic projects included)
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Certifications: Foundational training or certification in AI/GenAI technologies (e.g., Microsoft AI-900, Salesforce AI Associate, or Prompt Engineering)
