What You'll Do As an Educational Services Recruiter, you will: Recruit, interview, and hire high-quality educational professionals, including tutors, teachers, intervention specialists, and instructional staff. Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process. Develop creative recruiting strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community partnerships. Manage a full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding. Maintain an organized candidate pipeline using applicant tracking systems. Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Represent the company professionally at career fairs, networking events, and community outreach opportunities. Help improve recruiting processes and contribute ideas that support company growth. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience) Experience in recruiting, staffing, education, sales, customer service, or talent acquisition is a plus. Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
