Bakery Assistant Manager
Part-Time | Approx. 32 Hours per Week | $18/hr | Springfield, PA
This is a great opportunity for someone with retail, food service, hospitality, or customer service leadership experience who is ready to grow their management skills in a supportive environment.
What You'll Do- Help lead daily bakery operations and support the store manager
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist customers with product selections
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service
- Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and product presentation
- Help drive sales through promotions, displays, and customer engagement
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards are maintained
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively
- Previous leadership, supervisory, key holder, shift lead, or management experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Dependable and willing to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
