Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, you will help create a reliable and responsive presence throughout the property.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
• Monitor for theft-related behavior, trespassing, loitering, and/or other security-related issues, and report observations according to site policies and Allied Universal guidelines.
• Support closing and opening activities, monitor high-traffic areas, and provide visible presence to help with order and customer assistance throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
