Total Rewards Analyst- Benefits & Compensation

Total Rewards Analyst This hybrid role requires 3 days in office and 2 days WFH. The position supports the design, administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs to drive engagement, retention, and organizational success. What You’ll Do Compensation: Administer, analyze, and enhance compensation programs, ensuring alignment with the company’s compensation philosophy and market competitiveness. Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness. Review and analyze compensation structures and recommend enhancements based on market trends and business needs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including required reporting and documentation. Partner with P&C teams and business leaders on job descriptions, job families, internal equity assessment, and compensation reports for leadership decisions. Prepare and present compensation metrics, dashboards, and presentations to support budgeting and strategic initiatives. Act as a key point of contact for colleague compensation inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service. Benefits: Administer and optimize colleague benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, wellness, and additional offerings. Assist with annual benefits program reviews, including cost analysis and colleague satisfaction surveys. Identify enhancement opportunities and implement program modifications. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (ERISA, ACA, COBRA) and communicate benefit program changes to colleagues. Support benefits reporting, analytics, and audits, maintaining accurate and timely compensation and benefits documentation. What You Bring Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, analytics, or Total Rewards within a medium-to-large business environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Strong knowledge of compensation practices, benefits administration, HR analytics, and HR compliance. Proficiency with market data tools (e.g., PayScale) and experience with compensation surveys. Advanced analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation of compensation and benefits information to executives and colleagues. Skills & Abilities for Success Advanced analytics and technology: proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI) and data transformation. Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday. Strategic thinking, problem solving, and ability to connect people insights to broader business strategy. Organizational and execution skills; manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Integrity and confidentiality; high level of discretion with sensitive information. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO, affirmative action, and compliance requirements. Physical Demands / Working Conditions Requires regular use of hands to type, handle objects, and paper documents; ability to use close vision; some travel may be required.
