Requirements What You'll Do Perform precision field machining in industrial environments across North America and beyond. Hold tight tolerances in demanding real‑world conditions. Set up, operate, and maintain specialized machining equipment at customer sites. Analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Partner with engineers, project managers, and customers to develop innovative solutions. Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism. What Makes You a Great Fit 5+ years of manual machining and/or field machining experience. Strong experience operating Bridgeport mills and manual engine lathes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and machining specifications. Skilled in precision measurement using micrometers and inspection equipment. Knowledge of cutting tools, materials, speeds, feeds, and machining processes. Experience with rigging, hand tools, and power tools. A self‑starter who can troubleshoot, adapt, and succeed in the field. High School Diploma, GED, or HSED required. Technical degree or Journeyman certification preferred. Required Certifications & Qualifications OSHA 10 Certification (provided) Valid Driver's License Forklift Certification/License (provided)IPM Overhead Crane Training Certification Willingness to travel extensively, including occasional weekends.
