CRE Financial Analyst: Underwrite & Model Income Assets

Colliers International

Colliers International is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Capital Markets team based in Portland, OR or Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will underwrite income-producing assets and design financial models, working closely with multiple brokers and deal teams. Qualifications include 3-5 years of commercial real estate experience, knowledge of ARGUS, and excellent Excel skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
