As OrganiClean continues to grow, this position will play an important role in bringing that hospitality experience to life.

You will often be the first person a prospective client speaks with, which means you help set the tone for the entire relationship.

Your role is not simply to sell a service. It is to listen carefully, understand what matters to each client, guide them toward the right solution, and create an experience that makes people want to stay with OrganiClean for years.

Success in this role means creating both strong sales results and an exceptional client experience.

You will be expected to:

• Respond quickly and professionally to new leads

• Build trust with prospective clients from the first conversation

• Ask thoughtful questions and understand what each client truly needs

• Confidently explain OrganiClean services, pricing, and value

• Consistently follow up with prospective clients until a decision is made

• Convert qualified leads into recurring clients

• Grow recurring revenue and contribute directly to company sales goals

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Identify additional services that may genuinely benefit the client

• Keep CRM notes, follow-up activity, and opportunities accurate and current

• Meet clearly defined sales, conversion, and client relationship goals

• Communicate closely with the operations team so every new client has a smooth transition from sale to service

• Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve the client experience and sales process
