We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Clerk to manage our stock-room, parts inventory, and purchasing activities. This role ensures smooth operations by maintaining accurate inventory, supporting maintenance work orders, and contributing to overall plant efficiency.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year purchasing experience and 12 years in stock-room or related parts supply experience
• Proficiency in CMMS/EAM or similar maintenance management software
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Forklift certification
• Ability to work independently

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm - 1st shift 10:00pm - 6:30am - 3rd shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage parts inventory, including stock, receiving, and issuing to work orders
• Maintain accurate records through cycle counts and annual inventory
• Support repair and maintenance administration
• Ensure stock-room cleanliness and organization
• Assist with audits and plant projects as needed
• Prepare service kits and pick parts for work orders

Pay Range: $20.80 - $21.80
