Industrial Mechanic - Distribution Center

Job Description Paid trainee positions immediately available. Additional compensation will be provided based on prior experience and education. Shifts 1st shift (~6‑7 am to 2‑3 pm) 2nd shift (~3‑4 pm to 11‑12 pm) + shift differential 3rd shift (~10‑11 pm to 6‑7 am) + shift differential Experience a rewarding career maintaining and repairing industrial equipment with the latest material‑handling technology, including conveyors, robotics, and automated guided vehicles. Benefits No charge tools and safety equipment Competitive wage and benefits based on experience (mechanic pay scale) Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Employee discount Profit sharing Duties Ensure regular preventive maintenance on all equipment Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair of equipment Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair Install new equipment Weld and fabricate metal parts as needed Repair and maintain buildings and grounds for the distribution center Qualifications Ability to lift 50‑70 lbs and use hand and power tools Ability to stand, sit, bend, reach, stoop, and pull for extended periods Willingness to work extra hours Mechanical experience with a strong desire to learn continuously Preferred experience or education in preventive maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulic & pneumatic repair, 3‑phase AC/DC testing, electric forklift repair, conveyor maintenance, VFD and motor soft starters, PLC programming & schematic reading, welding, and metal fabrication #J-18808-Ljbffr
