Good vibes, great coverage. Our Lake Forest State Farm agency is looking for an outgoing, sales-savvy producer to help SoCal (and Arizona!) neighbors protect what matters most — their cars, homes, and everything in between.
We are looking for high-energy, exciting individuals who can take a "boring" necessity and make the experience fun, modern, and engaging for our customers. If you love people, thrive on closing a deal, and want a schedule as flexible as your weekend plans, let's talk.
The Mission:
This is a production heavy sales role. You will be expected to hunt, close, and produce results. If you are looking for a place to 'clock in and scroll', this isn't it. But if you have the grit to build a book of business, you will be compensated directly for your output. We don't just pay you for your time; we pay for your results.

We can teach you the policy nuances, but we can't teach "heart". We are looking for:

- Work Ethic: You work when you're at work, and you take extreme ownership of your desk.
