Director of Operations

The Director of Florida Operations is responsible for leading all project management and field operations across the division. This leadership role ensures operational excellence, resource allocation, and risk management, while fostering collaboration across project management, field operations, preconstruction, and business development. Requirements & Responsibilities A bachelor’s degree in construction management, or Construction Related engineering degree is required 10+ years of progressive industry experience in commercial construction, with a demonstrated track record of leading projects, managing teams, and overseeing all aspects of a company's construction operations. Certifications - OSHA 10Hr required Operates with a high level of autonomy and infrequent oversight. Independently manages workload, makes decisions, and consults with leadership only for particularly complex or critical issues. Lead, develop, and retain project management and field teams to ensure high performance, accountability, and cultural alignment. Develop and mentor leaders across project management and field operations to strengthen capability and succession.
