About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for the West Central Region. This key leadership role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic business plans that align with the company's long-range vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the region's sales and aftersales performance, leading a team to achieve core KPIs, and strengthening relationships with dealer partners. The role demands a thought leader with a strong background in automotive wholesale and retail, including experience in dealer network management and financial analysis. The Regional Vice President will also be instrumental in the company's electrification and product expansion initiatives, and must be adept at collaborating cross-functionally to ensure the brand's success in the market.
