Job Description A community facility located north of Missoula, MT is seeking a full-time, permanent Physical Therapist to join their Rehabilitation team! Details are listed below.

- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Day Shift Schedule: (5) 8-hour shifts or (4) 10-hour shifts
- Setting: Mostly Outpatient
- Great therapy leadership and administration team
- Sleep rooms available for commuters
- Physical Therapist reviews the Physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
- Instructs, motivates, and assists patients to perform various physical activities and in the use of assistive and supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses
- Physical Therapist records treatment, response, and progress in the patient's chart or enters information into the computer
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Must have an active MT PT License, or the ability to obtain
