Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, and reconciliations
Create and process invoices in QuickBooks, ensuring billing accuracy
Tie payments to invoices, track expenses, and support collections
Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain financial accuracy
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Accounting (or related field)
2+ years of general accounting experience — e-commerce or inventory a plus
Working knowledge of GAAP, QuickBooks, and Excel/Google Sheets
Organized, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment
