We are currently looking for a Board Eligible or Board Certified OBGYN to become part of our expanding, physician-led practice located in Nashville, Tennessee. This position is perfect for either a practicing physician or a resident graduating in 2027 or 2028 who is eager to work in a supportive environment that emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and a clear pathway to partnership.

Lifestyle & Schedule

• 3.5 clinic days each week
• Dedicated operating room time available
• Flexible post-call days
• Shared call rotation of 1:6+ (with two new associates joining in 2026!)
• Call is taken from home unless clinical needs necessitate hospital presence
• A dedicated nursing team manages patient communications

Exceptional Clinical Support

• Women's Health Nurse Practitioners (WHNPs)
• Certified Nurse-Midwives (CNMs)
• Support from Physician Assistants
• Dedicated clinical staff assigned to each physician
• Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support for weekend rounds
