Job Overview A law firm seeks a Corporate Finance Attorney with over six years of experience to join the debt finance section of their corporate group in Denver, CO. The position is also open to candidates in Los Angeles and New York. Duties Represent lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing transactions. Negotiate and draft credit agreements, commitment letters, and related documents. Lead due diligence teams and coordinate with specialists. Manage matters with minimal supervision. Requirements Significant experience in debt financing transactions. Excellent academic performance. Superb communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Education Juris Doctor (JD) required. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction. Skills Strong negotiation and drafting skills. Leadership in due diligence processes.
