Key responsibilities include evaluating patients and developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation services, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, and supporting patient mobility, recovery, and functional outcomes.

Qualifications include an active Physical Therapist license, at least 1 year of recent Physical Therapy experience, BLS certification (AHA) if required by the facility, strong communication and patient care skills, and the ability to adapt to new clinical environments.
