Recruitment Associate

Company Description Consolidated Bus is a legacy bus company operating one of the largest fleets in New York City, with a long‑standing commitment to reliable transportation and community service. We are seeking a detail‑oriented and organized Recruitment Associate to support our Recruitment Department. Position Overview The Recruitment Associate will play a key role in supporting daily recruitment operations. This individual will report to the Department Head and assist with candidate coordination, onboarding preparation, and administrative tasks critical to the hiring process. Responsibilities Conduct follow‑up calls with candidates regarding application status and next steps Schedule interviews, orientations, and onboarding sessions Prepare materials for orientation sessions Ensure promissory notes and required documents are completed and signed Draft and send welcome letters and job offer letters Initiate and process applications for new candidates Maintain organized records and assist with general administrative duties as needed Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, email systems) Bilingual or Spanish‑speaking candidates are strongly preferred Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Commuter Benefit program 401K Retirement Benefits PTO Days Compensation is between $35,360 to $41,600 based on qualifications and experience.
