Position Overview
Location: Sacramento, CA
Schedule: Starting Part Time
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications

What You’ll Do

• Support teachers in classroom instruction and daily activities
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with students
• Assist with behavior management and student engagement
• Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

What You’ll Need

• Previous school or childcare experience preferred
• High school diploma required (associate’s or higher preferred)
• Ability to work effectively with students of varying needs
• Reliable Transportation
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
