Line Operator - 2nd Shift

Line OperatorThe Line Operator position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automatic packaging, filling, cutting, labeling and sealing equipment that produce canister-style disinfectant wipes. This role works in a team environment at a machine that helps produce the hard surface disinfectant product. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety-conscious environment.Position: Line OperatorLocation: 1113 Maryland Avenue, Sheboygan, WIShift: 2nd-Shift; Monday - Thursday, 2:00PM - 12:00AMPay: Starting rate: $22.00 per hour. Make up to $27.40 per hour through additional training! Includes an additional $1.00 per hour shift premium! Check us out!What You'll Do:Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Accurately complete required production documentation.Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.Attend start-up/tailgate meetings for team & company communications.This position is designated as Safety-Sensitive (This position is one in which the associate's inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate's safety or the safety of others).What We're Looking For (Required):Basic computer skills are required.Must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in English.Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required upon conditional job offer.Bonus points if you have (Preferred):Previous experience with machines, heavily-automated environments, or previous general production.Troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.Previous manufacturing experience preferred.Why You'll Love Working Here:OUR PEOPLE!Family-owned since the very beginning....50 years later!Communication: Daily meetings with your team.
