Average bonus and commission plans for high performing Assistant Shop Manager can add up to $1.50 - $2.00 per hour to your hourly salary. Manage daily shop operations, including timely opening and closing on manager's days off. Provide an exceptional customer experience and maintain high review ratings. Assist the store manager in all aspects of store management. Monitor and train new employees. Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
