Behavioral AnalystPosition at Clarvida - PennsylvaniaJob Title: Behavioral AnalystLocation: Pennsylvania (Remote)Employment Type: Full-timeSalary: $58/ per client hourAbout the RoleThe Behavioral Analyst performs a variety of direct care and supervisory duties, including conducting client assessments and observing clients to identify target behaviors. This role collaborates with clients (ages 2–21), their families, and other service providers to develop and implement an Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP). The ITP focuses on identifying and highlighting child, family, educational, social, and recreational strengths, as well as opportunities for improvement through continued development and review of preference assessments, reinforcement strategies, and other rehabilitative activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist and aligned with the ITP.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive client assessments and behavioral observationsIdentify target behaviors and develop measurable treatment goalsDevelop and implement Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs)Collaborate with clients (ages 2–21), families, and multidisciplinary service providersReview and update preference assessments and reinforcement strategiesImplement rehabilitative strategies and activities prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatristProvide direct care services in alignment with ABA best practicesProvide supervision and leadership as appropriateEnsure documentation and services comply with regulatory and licensing requirementsMaintain appropriate PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI ClearancesRequired QualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) CertificationHold a graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, social work, education, or counseling.Active PA License as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, or certified registered nurse practitionerLicensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA servicesAbility to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI ClearancesLeadership/supervision experience preferred but not requiredCompensation & BenefitsFull-time Employees:Wellness TimePaid HolidaysMedical, dental, and vision insuranceDailyPay – access your earnings without waiting for payday*Training, development, and continuing education credits for licensure requirementsAll Employees:401(k)Free licensure supervisionEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Pet insurancePerks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainmentMileage reimbursement*Company cellphone(*Benefits may vary by position, state, or county)Work Location PennsylvaniaEmployment Type Full-timeEqual Opportunity EmployerClarvida is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
