About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse – Telemetry / IMC / Step-Down

Location

Decatur, GA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Telemetry / IMC / Step-Down specialty setting during night shift hours
• Manage and monitor ED border patients within the assigned specialty as needed
• Float between facilities within a defined local radius (approximately 15 miles) when operationally required, remaining within specialty
• Receive advance notice of assigned facility location prior to each shift

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Georgia
• Demonstrated experience in Telemetry, IMC, PCU, or Step-Down nursing
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a contract basis
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility (non-local travelers only)
• All requested time off must be disclosed upfront prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a telemetry or step-down environment
• Comfort and flexibility with floating between facilities within the same specialty
