Adult Oncology Nurse Navigator

Job Summary The Adult Oncology Nurse Navigator is part of the multidisciplinary team, serving as an advocate and educator for cancer patients from diagnosis through the end of active treatment. The Navigator must ensure patient adherence to the treatment plan by building relationships, coordinating care, managing appointments, addressing transportation and educational needs, and providing resources within the care environment. Responsibilities include managing resources to achieve efficient, high‑quality outcomes, and liaising among patients, families, physicians, internal and external healthcare providers, support network members, and the wider community.
