Job Description Job Description LOADER Automation Personnel Services is looking for Loaders for a company based in Calera, AL.for immediate openings. In this role, you will have the opportunity to grow with the ability to train in other areas of the plant and grow your skills. It is a climate-controlled facility, and the company is family oriented. Pay Rate $15.00 per hour Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6 00 am to 3 30 pm. Must be available for mandatory overtime Loader Duties and Responsibilities Measuring seasons and spices. Pouring accurate measurements into the blenders and grinders. Operating machinery: that requires extreme attention to detail. Helping in other areas as needed. Loader Qualifications and Requirements Will request proof of High school diploma, GED or Transcript before able to start Must have good longevity with prior employment. Comfortable wearing a hair net and/or beard net. Ability to understand basic mathematical measurements. Attention to detail. Physical strength and stamina to lift barrels and boxes up to 75 pounds.
