You will source and develop mortgage business, guide clients through the loan process, and manage a pipeline from application to closing. Responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing referral partners, analyzing borrower financials, structuring mortgage solutions, ensuring complete and compliant files, and coordinating with processing and underwriting.
