Capital Markets Associate
New York or Washington D.C.
Premier Global Capital Markets practice
Capital Markets Associate - 5 - 7 Class Year required for leading Am Law firm.
The Candidate must have experience in the following:
- IPO's,
- advising underwriters and issuers in connection with equity and debt capital markets transactions and
- counseling public and private companies on SEC reporting, financings, and general corporate matters.
This is a great opportunity to join a strong platform that has experienced significant growth over the last two years and is a strategic priority of the Firm
You will have strong achievement drive, strong academic credentials, and client management skills are required.
You will also have relevant law firm experience from a top AmLaw firm.
