Valid Texas Certification for EC-6 or EC-4 (Standard, Provisional, or One‑Year certificates only; ACP candidates on a probationary certificate do not qualify). Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience as an elementary classroom teacher preferred. Strong experience with at‑risk / small group reading intervention and instruction. $64,206 / IA-3
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year. Essential Functions: Develop and maintain a classroom environment conducive to effective teaching and learning. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function. Working Conditions: Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, pulling and pushing.
