Base Salary: $270, 000 - $300, 000
Additional Bonuses available - Typical 30K annually in patient encounter bonuses
Sign On Bonus: $10, 000
Relocation Assistance: $10, 000

The opportunity for professional collaboration among our 50+ multi-disciplinary clinicians encompassing family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, ob/gyn, nurse midwifery, psychiatry, psychotherapy, pharmacy, and dentistry provides enhanced continuity of care for patients.
Extensive services provided by social workers, health educators, case/care managers, medical interpreters, outreach nurses, etc. give support for clinicians and patients.

About this Role:

Internal Medicine Physician
Location: Winchester, VA
Have easy access to Washington DC or Baltimore!
Outpatient Primary Care Family Medicine
Schedule: Open to 4x10 hr shifts! (8am - 6pm)
Typical expected volume per day: 18 patients
Follow all departmental policies and procedures
Discuss and explain treatments and medication thoroughly with patients.
Providing evaluations, treatment, and medication management in the outpatient setting.
On call: 1: 10 - Phone Only. Very low due to having a triage service line screen calls.
Team Size: 3 MD's & 13 APP's
EMR System: Athena with Suki included for AI Note Taking

Background Desired:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine
Ability to hold a Virginia state medical license
H1B Visa If Necessary
