Description

American Traveler is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with 2+ years of NMT experience, including cardiology, for a 13-week travel contract in the Mt. Clemens, MI area.

Details

• Outpatient clinic setting with rotation between two office locations in Mt. Clemens and Waterford, MI
• Monday through Friday day shifts, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Uses Cerner, 4DM, and Synapse EMR systems

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) experience required
• Cardiology experience required
• NMTCB certification required
• BLS (AHA) preferred
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic imaging or treatment, operating specialized imaging equipment, ensuring radiation safety, maintaining equipment, and documenting procedures
• Collaborates with physicians to support diagnosis and patient care
• Solid color scrubs required, no printed patterns
• Candidates residing within 35 miles of the facility are considered local travelers and may be subject to a reduced travel pay rate
• No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested for this assignment
• Copies of all certifications must be included for consideration
