To support PTC's SaaS transformation at scale, the full-time remote Principal Upgrades Project Manager will manage multiple projects across operations and upgrades, ensuring predictable delivery, customer success, and alignment with business priorities. Key responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects to ensure value realization, quality, and timely delivery Coordinate internal resources and third parties for flawless project execution Develop and manage detailed project plans, performing risk management and cost analysis Required qualifications Proven experience managing large, complex programs and SaaS implementations Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of Project Management experience Strong leadership and escalation management skills across cross-functional teams Ability to operate independently with high visibility and accountability U.S. citizenship required for compliance with government regulations
