Project Manager

accel bi is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead technology modernization, GIS, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives for public-sector and infrastructure-focused clients. This role will be responsible for overall project leadership, stakeholder coordination, schedule and resource management, quality oversight, and successful delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing projects involving enterprise applications, GIS, system integration, workflow modernization, and public-sector delivery environments . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through delivery and transition Manage project scope, schedule, resources, risks, issues, and reporting Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technical, and client stakeholders Serve as the primary point of contact for project governance, status communication, and issue resolution Support task planning, milestone tracking, quality management, and deliverable oversight Ensure alignment of technical work with business needs, operational priorities, and client expectations Facilitate stakeholder meetings, decision-making, and project documentation Support successful implementation, adoption, and transition of delivered solutions Preferred Qualifications Experience as a Project Manager leading enterprise technology or public-sector modernization initiatives Strong background in project planning, stakeholder management, delivery governance, and risk management Familiarity with GIS, enterprise applications, asset management, ECM, workflow automation, or system integration environments Experience working with public-sector, utility, transportation, or infrastructure organizations is highly preferred Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and organizational skills PMP or similar project management certification is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
