Immediate need for a talented Medical Technologist. This is a 06+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Lawrenceville, GA (Onsite).

Pay Range: $45 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site (No local candidates within 50 miles)
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Perform blood bank testing and compatibility analysis
• Conduct clinical laboratory specimen testing and result validation
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with laboratory standards and procedures
• Maintain quality control and documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support patient care decisions
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Blood Bank or related clinical lab specialty
• Certification required: ASCP, NCA, AMT, AAB, or HHS
• Strong experience in clinical laboratory testing and specimen analysis
• Prior experience in a clinical hospital laboratory setting
• Strong knowledge of transfusion medicine and blood bank processes
• Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLT) will NOT be considered
• Only Medical Technologists (MT) and Medical Laboratory Scientists (MLS) will be eligible
• Candidates must be willing to work night shifts and rotating schedule
