Enterprise Account Executive - Private Funds SaaS (Series A)

OTE: $300,000 – $400,000 (~$150K–$200K base + uncapped commission with accelerators) Location: New York, NY (on-site) or California/West Coast (remote) The Opportunity Top performers earn close to $1M. You'll sell mission-critical software into a $15 trillion market growing at 20% YoY – private funds that desperately need modernization. This is a Series A fintech with meaningful equity, strong product-market fit, and a 4-6 month ramp time. About Our Client Our client modernizes private market fund management, empowering fund CFOs to transform their teams into strategic business leaders. Their platform unifies financial and operational fund data to power accurate reporting, automate manual processes, and unlock real-time insights. Built to handle the complexity of private markets – serving PE, growth equity, private credit, and real estate funds. Developed by fund managers for fund managers, the team brings deep experience from the office of the CFO, fund accounting, and fund administration. Who You Are 5+ years running complex, full-cycle enterprise sales – ideally SaaS into financial institutions. Deep understanding of private markets, institutional software, or finance (investment banking, corporate development, fund services, real estate brokerage). Proven track record consistently exceeding multi-million dollar quotas . High IQ and EQ – you're consultative, client-first, and credible with senior executives. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle for NYC and California territories within private equity, growth equity, private credit, and real estate investment funds. Sell directly to fund CFOs and C-level executives at institutional firms managing billions in assets. Conduct consultative discovery, quantify ROI, and close multi-million dollar deals. Build pipeline through strategic prospecting and account mapping. Shape sales processes and best practices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
