Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients. Develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Delegate and direct all discipline‑specific therapy services for assigned patients. Design functional treatment programs that support effective community reintegration. Document medical records in a clear, concise, accurate, and timely manner. Provide educational support to patients, families, students, and coworkers. Participate in student programs and provide guidance and evaluations. Maintain professional licensure and complete state‑mandated continuing education requirements. Demonstrate compliance with organizational performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Minimum of one year of outpatient clinical experience. Current CPR certification. Active and applicable state license for practicing as a Physical Therapist. Commitment to a 13‑week contract and flexible scheduling.
