The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Hart seeking Setup Technicians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments according to production schedules and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, performing minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize setup procedures and improve efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during equipment setup and operation.
- Document setup parameters, maintenance activities, and equipment performance for record-keeping.
Recommended Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents (e.g., blueprints, schematics)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
