The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain various manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Perform equipment setup, changeovers, and adjustments according to production schedules and specifications.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, performing minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize setup procedures and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards during equipment setup and operation.
• Document setup parameters, maintenance activities, and equipment performance for record-keeping.

Recommended Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents (e.g., blueprints, schematics)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
