Manager, Order Entry & Logistics

The Order Management Team Manager is responsible for managing the Order Entry and shipping staff and helps to provide customer and sales support by confirming orders and assisting operations in expediting orders. Additional responsibilities include quoting product lead times and pricing of projects, in addition to setting up of suppliers and providing financial data to the Finance Team and Stonel Management Team as needed.Responsibilities:Manage Order Entry and Shipping DepartmentSupervise and provide support for order entry and shipping staffAssist with Order Entry and Order AcknowledgmentsAssist in Expediting Customer OrdersProcess Development by Collaborating with business and order managementSales Support on lead times, discounting & pricing for projectsInitiate set-up of new customers and suppliersCreate, maintain, and provide a variety of bookings, revenue, and inventory reportsHelp to provide and coordinate yearly budget activitiesProcesses e-time, annual performance reviews for teamSkills NeededMinimum of 2 years management experienceManufacturing or cost accounting experience helpfulManufacturing experience a plusExperience with specialized business/accounting software.Self-motivated, well organized, and the ability to learn quickly.Autonomous and demonstrates initiative.Works well in a high-pressure environment with the ability to meet deadlines.Attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.Excellent problem solving and issue resolution abilities.We OfferWe offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and suits development-minded people who enjoy working in a fast-paced and energetic setting with opportunities for continual growth.
