AI Enablement Analyst – Commodities/Supply Chain – Houston – up to $120k + bonus & benefits A leading global commodities business is seeking an AI Engineer to help drive the adoption of AI, automation, and data-driven decision‑making across its global business. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology within a large‑scale supply chain environment operating across North and South America. The role will focus on identifying inefficiencies, designing intelligent workflows, and implementing practical AI‑enabled solutions that improve productivity, reporting, and operational insight. Key Responsibilities Partnering directly with business stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and process inefficiencies Designing and implementing AI‑enabled workflows, automation solutions, and reporting tools Developing data ingestion, transformation, and analytics processes Building reusable prompt libraries, AI agent workflows, and automation frameworks Supporting integration of solutions into production environments alongside technology teams Driving adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Evaluating emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance business operations Requirements Experience within analytics, finance, operations, technology, trading, or related business functions Strong understanding of reporting, data workflows, and process improvement Exposure to AI agents, automation pipelines, or RAG‑based solutions Experience with Python, SQL, or similar technologies Exposure to AI/LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, or intelligent tooling Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
