General Manager USA - West Coast Building a business takes more than a growth plan. It takes someone who can turn strategy into revenue, hire the right people, and create an organization that delivers.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial General Manager to establish, manage, and scale InSpace's US West Coast business. You'll have full P&L responsibility for the US West Coast entity, owning commercial performance, operational execution, and sustainable growth.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Phoenix Area, you'll build and lead teams of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers across the West Coast. Initially, you'll be directly involved in winning customers and developing our US commercial approach. As the business grows, you'll build the team, leadership, and processes needed to scale.

You'll report to our Chief Commercial Officer, based at our headquarters in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Working closely with Operations, Product, and Engineering, you'll ensure our US West Coast ambitions translate into a strong local business and a consistent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the US West Coast business strategy, translating growth ambitions into clear commercial priorities, hiring plans, and budgets.
• Own the US entity’s P&L, including revenue, operating costs, financial forecasting, and progress toward profitability.
• Establish the US operating setup together with Operations, coordinating local processes and requirements with the relevant internal teams and advisors.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and scale teams of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers across the East and West Coast.
• Personally drive early commercial opportunities, close strategic deals, and build relationships with key customers and partners.
• Develop a repeatable sales approach, including customer targeting, positioning, pipeline generation, pricing input, and sales playbooks.
• Build a strong Customer Success function that drives onboarding, adoption, retention, and account expansion.
• Establish clear targets and reliable reporting across revenue growth, pipeline, sales productivity, customer retention, and financial performance.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate US customer needs into actionable feedback and align commercial commitments with product capabilities.
• Represent InSpace in the US West Coast market, building our network, brand awareness, and local presence.
• Use AI and automation to improve team productivity and build efficient, scalable ways of working.

Who You Are

• You have a proven track record of building or scaling a B2B SaaS business in the US, ideally within a fast-paced scale-up.
• You bring experience as a General Manager, Country Manager, or commercial leader with broad business responsibility.
• You have owned a P&L and understand how to balance revenue growth, investment, operating costs, and profitability.
• You have successfully hired, managed, and developed Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
• You understand the full SaaS customer lifecycle, from acquisition and sales execution to adoption, retention, and expansion.
• You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and are comfortable personally closing deals while building the wider organization.
• You are entrepreneurial, resourceful, and decisive. You create structure, take initiative, and keep moving when priorities change.
• You work with clear targets, reliable forecasts, and data to guide decisions and hold teams accountable.
• You communicate effectively across international teams and collaborate confidently with commercial, operational, product, and engineering colleagues.
• Experience expanding a European SaaS company into the US, or working in AI, MarTech, SEO, or growth marketing, is a plus.
• You are based in, or willing to relocate to, the San Francisco Bay Area or Phoenix Area and are available to travel across the US and to our headquarters in the Netherlands.
