Project ManagerRoseville, CAUprite Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Northern California team based in Roseville. This individual will lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout with a strong focus on ground up commercial, industrial, and tilt up construction. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong financial, operational, and client management skills who thrives in a collaborative environment.What You'll Do:Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completionDevelop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and schedulesOversee project financial performance, including cost tracking, forecasting, billings, and change managementLead owner, architect, consultant, and subcontractor meetingsReview and manage contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersCoordinate subcontractor buyout and procurement activitiesPartner closely with Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality expectationsIdentify project risks and develop proactive solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partnersEnsure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards throughout constructionSupport project closeout activities, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty coordinationMentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers as neededWhat You'll Bring:Minimum 5 years of Project Manager experience with a commercial general contractorProven experience managing ground up commercial construction projectsIndustrial and tilt up construction experience strongly preferredExperience managing projects valued from approximately $10 million to $100 millionStrong knowledge of project financial management, scheduling, contracts, and risk managementExperience managing multiple stakeholders, subcontractors, and ownersExcellent communication and leadership skillsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling softwareBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredPreferred Project ExperienceIndustrial facilitiesTilt up constructionDistribution centersManufacturing facilitiesCommercial office buildingsEducationRetailHealthcareLarge scale ground up commercial projectsUprite Construction was established in 1991 as a multi-service construction company specializing in project site development, ground-up, new construction, renovations, and tenant improvements for the commercial and industrial sectors.
