Meter Specialist

PERRY proTECH

Become an Employee-Owner at PERRY proTECH! A Meter Specialist is responsible for performing meter read entries and audits, as well as meter collections onsite and over the phone.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Call customers for meter reading collections and perform meter reading entries
Call customers for meter reading collections and perform meter reading entries
Run audit process for correct meter reads, contacts, and contract information
Process incoming mail and add incoming checks daily, before giving to th Accounts Receivable department.
Add and update customer records in E-Automate
Perform monthly supply orders to maintain branch inventory

Requirements & Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Analytical and procedure-driven with strong problem-solving skills
Adaptable and time-efficient
Ability to perform accurate and detailed data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prioritize customer service and client satisfaction
Strong computer skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Previous customer service experience is preferred
