Sr Human Resources Manager - East Coast

A Day in the Life: The Sr Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating human resources activities to support business objectives. This role serves as a strategic and hands on partner to leadership, ensuring effective implementation of Human Resources programs, compliance with employment laws, and consistent employee experience across the organization. The Impact You'll Make: Manage and oversee core HR functions including employee relations, performance management, compliance, talent management, and policy administration. Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance aligned with organizational strategy and operational needs. Lead and support HR projects and initiatives, driving process improvement and operational efficiency. Ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Manage investigations and resolution of employee relations issues, escalating as appropriate. Support workforce planning, organizational design, and change management activities. Coach and guide managers on hiring, discipline, performance feedback, and policy interpretation. Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. Who You Are: Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalentexperience. Additional Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in progressive human resources experience, includinggeneralist or manager level responsibilities. Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in supporting multi-site or cross functional business teams. Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as UKG, SAP, or similar platforms. Proficiency withcollaboration and communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Preferred Certifications: HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM CP, or SHRM SCP) are preferred. Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, andcompliance requirements. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. This position is based in Fort Worth, TX. The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly to support operations at multiple locations, including Mount Pocono, PA and Lakeland, FL , with future travel to additional locations as business needs dictate.
