Mechanical Facilities Technician- $18.00/HR 

 

A local company in Conroe, TX is searching for a facilities technician to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in performing routine preventative, predictive, and reactionary maintenance on equipment and facility systems.          

 

Summary of essential job functions:

• Oversee the day to day basis operations of the maintenance department 
• Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed 
• Asses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules 
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules 
• Lead safety inspections at worksites
• Adhere to OSHA safety regulations 

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic Electrical Skills 
• Sit Down Forklift experience 
• 2+ years relevant experience
• Experience with preventive/reactive maintenance
