We're offering full-time and part-time schedules in a modern, high-energy retail environment that's built entirely around education, not pressure. This is not a traditional dealership role, and that's exactly the point. You'll be part of an exciting new Mitsubishi retail concept designed to deliver a relaxed, no-negotiation, no-commission customer experience. You'll earn $15–$18 per hour (based on experience) plus performance-based incentives, including bonuses for setting qualified dealership test-drive appointments and additional bonuses when referred guests purchase a vehicle , without the stress of quotas or selling pressure.

Preferred qualifications include experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or brand ambassador roles. Bonus consideration is given to candidates with knowledge of electric or hybrid vehicles, experience in retail (Apple Store or Tesla-style environments), or enthusiasm for clean energy and future mobility.

DAY-TO-DAY

In this Automotive Brand Specialist role, your day revolves around creating meaningful, memorable interactions-you'll welcome guests as they enter the showroom, guide them through the Mitsubishi Outlander and Outlander PHEV, demonstrate advanced features and design elements, answer questions with clarity and confidence, and ensure every visitor feels informed and comfortable. You'll maintain the showroom's polished presentation, gather valuable feedback, and seamlessly coordinate dealership test-drive appointments, all while delivering a premium, boutique-style experience that reflects the future of automotive retail.

WORK SCHEDULE

The showroom operates Monday through Sunday, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Candidates must be available in the evenings, on weekends, and during peak retail hours, consistent with a high-traffic shopping environment.
