Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to young learners.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration.
• Assess and monitor student progress to ensure developmental milestones are met.
• Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's learning journey.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom that promotes creativity and curiosity.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Foster a love of learning through play-based and hands-on activities.

Requirements:

• 90 hour certification in preschool
• Prior experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
• Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• State certification in teaching or willingness to obtain.
• Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.
